Health and Fitness has always been very important in my life. As a former competitive athlete, I learned early how to push my mind and body to physical and mental peaks, creating the experience that led to my wellness beliefs. Transforming our minds is just as important as transforming our bodies, because that is where you will succeed. If you are passionate about making a change, then you will. Some of the tools I offer are weight management nutritional plans, sports nutrition, strength training exercises, muscle toning techniques, flexibility training, speed work, cardiovascular training, and even meditation, to compliment your unique body frame, age, genetics, gender, and lifestyle.
I love working with people from all walks of life, who all share the common goal of bettering their mind, body, and spirit. Whether you want to simply improve your overall wellness, or prepare for an upcoming event (marathon, wedding, etc.) I will keep you motivated and accountable, providing the resources to do so in a healing and friendly environment.
